  1. Combine broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and brown sugar in a slow cooker. Mix well and cook on low for 4 hours.
  2. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Add to slow cooker along with broccoli pieces, stirring. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  3. Serve over rice.
